Welcome to Premium Executive Limo. By making a reservation or utilizing our transportation services, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions governing our operations in New York and surrounding service jurisdictions.

1. Reservations and Wait Times

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. For airport departures, internal address pickups, or FBO routing, a 15-minute complimentary grace wait time is applied. After this period, wait time will be billed in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate of the selected vehicle class. For commercial airport arrivals, we offer a 45-minute (domestic) or 60-minute (international) complimentary wait time post-flight arrival.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

We enforce a strict cancellation policy to ensure fleet predictability. Standard reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charge. Sedans and standard SUVs canceled within 12 hours of the local pickup time will be billed in full. Specialized vehicles (Sprinters, Limousines, Motorcoaches) require a 48-hour minimum cancellation notice. A "No-Show" fee equal to the total trip cost plus standard gratuity will be applied if the passenger fails to meet the chauffeur at the designated location.

3. Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Damage

Premium Executive Limo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug consumption or the consumption of alcohol by minors inside our vehicles. The chauffeur holds the authority to instantly terminate a ride without refund in the event of severe misconduct. The client is financially accountable for any exceptional interior or exterior damages caused by their party to the luxury vehicle during the charter (e.g. burns, severe spills, smoking contamination), subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $250.

4. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for unavoidable delays caused by severe weather conditions, perilous road circumstances, extreme traffic, or mechanical breakdowns beyond our immediate control. While items left inside the vehicle during transit are securely handled, we are not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen once the passenger departs.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed entirely in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York. We reserve the full right to reject or modify bookings to comply with relevant state or federal transportation regulations.
